Pray for our ministry and those we serve. Prayer makes all things possible, and it is one of the greatest resources we possess.
Volunteer projects and special needs abound for church groups, civic organizations, businesses or individuals interested in ministering to children in our care. Projects or special needs may be for one of our residential or family care homes. Work projects require a liability insurance certificate.
Open the door for us to share about our ministries or about a topic to benefit your group, Sunday school class or church.

We seek servant-minded people who are called to a ministry, not just a job. As one of the foremost providers to children and families in crisis in Arkansas, we are committed to ministering to and meeting needs of some of the state’s most vulnerable residents. Salaries are based on position and experience. Full-time benefits include annuity, medical insurance, life insurance and vacation.
